Drs Arnold and Amy Mindell

Arny Mindell pioneered the paradigm and methods of process-oriented psychology, which has expanded into the field of Worldwork and informs the deep Democracy perspectives, methods and tools. Process work is a process science that brings together psychology, quantum physics, organisational theory and practice and indigenous wisdom with self awareness, global perspectives and spiritual dimensions. As a certified reliability interview and trainer using the quality outcomes measures developed by CQL, I offer training courses in this deeply respectful approach to discovering what is important to a person with complex needs for a quality of life from her own perspective, and designing individualised supports and responsive systems to achieve it. I also conduct reliability interviews and provide reliability standards to assure information gathered by trained interviewers.
