Julia Wolfson
Julia has developed the Transform and Empower approach and courses over nearly three decades living and working in communities and organisations around the world. The course builds on her experience as a direct support worker, development practitioner, an educator, administrator, in supported employment settings, and in leadership and governance roles.
Beth Barol PhD
Dr Barol is an international leader in the field of intellectual disability, inclusion, autism, mental illness and trauma. She brings over thirty years experience in her current role as Director of graduate program of social work at Widener University, Pa. She is a pioneer of the Positive Approaches paradigm and methods, with particular emphasis in supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Beth brings a unique combination to Transform and Empower learners, through clinical and therapeutic expertise imbued with inclusion values and quality of life outcomes with and for every person.
